We provide performance-driven Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising services for Shopify store owners. Our work may include strategy, creative development, ad testing, and media buying. While we aim for the best results, outcomes may vary and are not guaranteed.
2. Strategy Sessions
You may book a free strategy session through our website. This session helps us understand your business goals, share insights, and assess compatibility.
3. Payments
We accept payments via:
- Wise
- Bank transfer
- Payoneer
All payment terms and schedules will be outlined in a written agreement before work begins.
4. 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
You may evaluate our team and services during the first 30 days of engagement. If you are not satisfied with our service during this period, you are entitled to a full refund — no questions asked.
To request a refund, simply email us at [email protected]. Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 5 business days.
Note: This guarantee applies solely to the first 30 days of the contract. Performance and results beyond this period will be evaluated according to the signed agreement.
5. Independent Agency
We are not affiliated with Meta, Shopify, or any third-party platforms. Mentions are for context only and do not indicate endorsement.
6. Client Responsibilities
As a client, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Give timely feedback and approvals
- Ensure secure, authorized access to platforms shared with us
7. Intellectual Property
All creative assets we deliver (copy, design, videos) are yours to use once payment is complete. We may display successful campaigns in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, including lost profits, arising from use of our services.
9. Termination
You may pause or stop services anytime. We reserve the right to end a relationship if there's misuse, a breach of trust, or violation of these Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes should first be addressed through good-faith communication before any legal steps.
